Stoll & WolfeAmerican Whiskey
In the 1990s, Dick Stoll – a distiller who cut his teeth training under Charles Beam – closed Michter’s distillery for good, that closure looked to mark the end of Pennsylvanian whiskey – that was until the craft distilling boom of the 21st century. Stoll, by then an octogenarian, was called upon once more to help Erik Wolfe create a classic Pennsylvanian bourbon and rye whiskey.
