Bruno Paillard's family worked and traded in Champagne as brokers and growers and he followed in their footsteps until he decided he wanted to make Champagne. He decided to sell his old Jaguar which gave him his starting capital. Today he is as focused as back then with determination to produce some of the best Champagnes in the region.
