Cantine Collalto produce a range of wines from their base in Susegena in Veneto, both sparkling and still. They use the Prosecco and Manzoni grapes for the former and a mixture of indigenous and international varieties for the latter. The Proseccos in particular are exceptional wines that are step above from the norm.
