With other 300 years of cheese-making heritage, Jason and Paul looked at the waste from the production process, and were oddly inspired by Genghis Khan, who also asked the question ‘Can you make alcohol out of milk?’ The answer was, of course, yes, and Black Cow, the world’s first milk vodka, was born.
