Gin
The Buton distillery was founded in Bologna in 1820. They were known for the production of gin, vermouth, bitters and liqueurs, the most notable of which being their ‘Coca Buton’, made using Andean coca leaves which were stripped of their psychoactive qualities by distillation. This leaves a green, fresh, herbal flavour behind.
