Hailing from Northern Ireland, Jawbox Gin takes its name from the slang term for a Belfast sink, the large, deep sinks used to clean everything from dishes to clothes to babies. The gin itself uses exotic botanicals including cubeb, grains of paradise and black mountain heather.
