The Bigallet distillery, created by Felix Bigallet, has been located in the French Alps since the late 19th century. Using Alpine botanicals, Bigallet produces herb flavoured liqueurs and bitters, which combines citrus and spice, which dried, distilled and macerated in the traditional method.
