Established in 2017 by the Gallardo family and the Moët-Hennessy group, Volcán De Mi Tierra is a new tequila producer that nonetheless stays true to old-school production techniques, and being one of the few distilleries to produce only one brand. It prioritises a clear expression of the agave with no additives across its core range and super-premium Blanco Tahona and XA expressions.
