Los Danzantes


A small mud-brick distillery in Santiago, Los Danzantes (The Dancers) was created in 1997 by two brothers who founded an award-winning restaurant, ‘Los Danzantes’ which now has premises in Oaxaca City and Coyoacan. Using traditional methods, their fire pit uses mesquite for fuel and the agave is still crushed using a tahona drawn by horses.
