Italian digestif manufacturer Paolucci from the central region of Italy, Frosinone, has been producing liqueurs and amaros since 1873. Their most popular product CioCiaro is a secret blend of spices and botanicals, with a prominent bitter orange character. The product's name originates from the name of the local dialect, 'ciociaro'.
