A Night in Jerez - The Valdespino Bodega

For one night only this November this Sherry Week, we are transforming our secret Distillery School into a Jerez Bodega. Back by popular demand, we'll be joined by Valdespino to host a night of sherry, sherry based cocktails and food pairing on 6 November.

We’ll be tasting across the styles taking in zippy, fresh fino, nutty amontillado and lusciously rich sweetened styles, and seeing how these can be used in cocktails, with The Whisky Exchange's team creating a signature serve with it. 

This will be a more informal tasting, taking in a range of sherries, with a matched cocktail and food pairings for each wine.
