Yes, it is a very enjoyable malt, smooth with what I would describe as a toffee like flavour. Very moreish!
For more than 40 years I am collecting and rating wine. Few weeks ago a friend let me taste The Macallan select oak and I was immediately lost, like love on first sight ! In this case smell overall ! The sherry and vanilla really jump out of the glas and fills the living room. Same experience sometimes with excellent wine.
Extremly well balanced and smooth a really good dram.
Very smooth indeed. It has a lovely campfire aroma and a nice mouth feel. There are flavours of Werther's originals on the tongue. However it lacks depth and complexity. The finish is especially lacking.
I received one bottle aroubd one year ago. Saved it for my wifes birthday. Whow, I just loved it, so smooth and full of tastes. Have to find another bottle of this...
