Tomatin 21 Year Old Reviews

Superb quality dram here, nose is warm & fruity with a real earthy & vegetal character - quite grassy. Arrival to the palate is gently hot as you''d expect from a natural strength whisky but not in any way overpowering or tart. Can''t wait to see what even older Tomatin will be like if this 21yr old is anything to go by. Also, cracking packaging makes this a wonderful gift.
Tomatin 21 is simply superb! There is so much quality in every bottle of this dram that it is virtually impossible for anyone not to appreciate how well-made this Speysider is! A very complex dram with a kick that comes from the cask-strength; however, it is utterly smooth despite the high ABV%, most likely due to having been matured for 21 years. Very well balanced and elegant, Tomatin 21 should be approached with much respect.
Tasted at the Danish Rum and Whiskyfestival yesterday...and we found it to be one of the best drams on the festival, and there was 346 different tastingsamples to choose from! I have to get a bottle of this....!!
Tasted at recent Midlands Whiskyfest (Stourbridge Town Hall 29/09/12) - fabulous dram, had to buy a bottle there and then. Recommended.
i like it. bought it at a local dealer... directly from a glass-casket. brilliant whisky
