An exciting annual release from Rhum Rhum out of Poisson distillery on Marie Galante, in the Antilles. Made using 100% Rouge B47.259 cane varietal, a near extinct, heritage species, and matured in French oak wine casks. Where the standard Liberation releases are slowly brought down in strength over a period of up to a year in steel vats before cask ageing, in the Integral expression the alcohol content is not adjusted. An eye-catching release for the rum aficionados out there.
