The Grapes taste you cant miss it ,its the strong cognac from all four kings of Cognac's, it reminds me of a dry red wine little bit after taste,on the ice crushed or in cocktals mix, otherwise down it with water like the old ways.not far from whisky?! maybe whisky lovers will love this fine VS.

the 12 year old is much better but overall courvoisier is a master's drink. A certain connaissance is required to fully appreciate this drink. Not top of the range but like a toyota it doesnt hammer your pockets but you can easily afford it and you can rely on it to take where you want to go

Good drink. Great taste and smooth. Anytime for one.

Great Cognac to have around the house for those cold, rainy, windy nights...or if you want to have a good cognac that does not break the bank. Smooth, tasty, not the best cognac around (duh) but pretty darn good for the money

Its very smooth and easy to drink on its own. Would be a shame to mix it.

    one litre v.s. cognac

  • Cubitus 6 October 2009

It's good but it lacks some complexity and some aging. The VSOP version is better.
