Very clean with a sweet grain, lightly sweetened lemon and royal icing.

Oily, with a hint of charcoal, more of the sweetened lemon from the nose and a light, almost woody spiciness.

It is delightful...so light, so clean, I missed the intimacy Billy A found...my palate needs an upgrade......need more than the two tests I had.....restaurant setting, too much confusion, and I had never heard of it so I was not prepared! So clean it resembles water....too much? (is this possible? )
