Barsol Pisco Selecto Torontel is an artisanal pisco made from 100% distilled Torontel grapes from the Ica region of Peru. Barsol was only established in 2002, being the reuse of a distillery (Bodega San Isidro) dating from the 1800s, which had closed in 1968 when the military government took the owner's land and gave it to the workers.

Characterized by the floral presence of jasmine and magnolia in its aroma, they intensify in its flavor in combination with notes of plush black raisins and walnuts. With a fine velvet texture, it has a very soft, light and exquisite finish.
