They call this 'the gentle dram' and in that respect it doesn't disappoint. I was torn with this one - an opinion-polarising expression, quite subjective based on your own taste buds; for this price bracket it was just *too* mild for my tastes, cool on the palate, watery (overly so), wet, mild. There's not much mouthfeel here, just an easy-drinking breakfast whisky - if ever there was such a thing. If full-on flavour and 'mouth punch' is your jam, then this is not for you. However, if you are looking for a very gentle early week dram while sat in a summer garden, you can drink this all evening long.
