Tullamore Dew is a resoundingly popular Irish blend, particularly in overseas markets, where it is second only to Jameson. Very approachable.Tasting Notes (1)

A good whiskey but not the best Irish whiskey out there.
Smooth and delicious. Far better than the Jameson’s I’ve drank in the past
The first time I had this was when I thought to give it a chance. This is my first Irish Whisky. Prior to that my favourites were the peated Islay Malts of which my favourite (so far) has been Lagavulin. I also enjoy Bourbon of which Bulleit 95 Rye is my fave. So all that said, my experience of TD was, at first few tastings (straight - with a very small amount of water), not great. I was confused by the flavours and the way it felt in my mouth. The texture was slightly oily to me. Not unpleasant just unexpected. Through my soft palate the to the olfactory system it crept and laid upon me a rather curious scent, similar to lemon without the zest to me at least. There was something about this bit of Irish that I wanted to like. I just couldn't put my finger on what it was, apart from the fact I had dipped into my mothy wallet for it! So in the end? I drank it all. It took me around 4 or 5 slowly consumed servings to appreciate it. Is this typical of Irish Whisky? I don't know as this is my first child from that windswept, complex, simple and beautifully sculpted land of giants. I do like it. It is smooth, drinkable and a great introduction to Irish Whisky. There is more to be appreciated, that I am not aware of I am sure. Take a chance on this one, your horse might just place, and you may have found the something you didn't know you wanted in the first place. After
A very good Irish Whiskey. This is my go to . Great flavor, great price.
Absolutely LOVE Tullamore Dew!! Makes THE best Irish coffee. Was told that by an authentic Irish bartender from an Irish pub in Chicago ... and I’ve never used anything else in my coffee since !!!!
