- A fruit-forward style of rosé that leads towards a ripe strawberry character still supported by the soft stone fruits notes that run through the rest of the brut wines. The fact that the wine has not gone through malolatic fermentation means there is a natural freshness in the wine which stops it becoming overly jammy on the palate.
  This wine works well with veal or chicken in a richer sauce, and it can also pair well with fresh fruit salads.
