This is, without a doubt, my favourite sake. It's made with hattennishiki rice and tastes completely different to every other sake I've tried - thicker and, like the tasting notes say, mushroomy. Stunning. First tried it during a visit to the brewery in Saijo a few years ago and fell in love then. Try it - you will not be disappointed. Best served slightly warmed - a little bit more than room temperature.
