This is a modern recreation of the ancient kimoto style. This savoury sake can be enjoyed warm or cold, and pairs well with ham, goats' cheese and tuna.Tasting Notes (1)

Sohomare Tokubetsu Kimoto Junmai
Tasting Notes by Dawn Davies MW
This sake is made using the old-school sake production methods and 'A' grade rice in the Tochigi prefecture.
It has a savoury herbal nose with hints of banana, the palate is rich and intense with a tannin-like sensation. A beautifully balanced sake.
