Slingsby Gin is named after William Slingsby who discovered the Tewitt Well in the Yorkshire spa town of Harrogate. Made with 24 botanicals, of which 17 are locally grown, this is a citrus-led gin with juniper and green-tea flavours. The signature serve is with tonic and ice served with grapefruit peel and blueberries.

  • Producer's Tasting Notes

    An initial burst of refreshing rhubarb and citrus from the grapefruit base gives way to juniper before a very smooth herbaceous sweetness, led by sweet cicely and a light green tea scented with jasmine blossom.

    Enjoy straight with a premium tonic water. We recommend on ice with a twist of grapefruit peel and blueberries.

    Tried this for the first time recently and loved it.Bar staff recommended this with ginger ale and although initially sceptical I was really impressed with how it worked. Great gin.
