Tasting Notes

  • Tasting Notes by Stuart P

    Nose: Chocolate and raspberry aromas, with rich brioche and stewed cherries.

    Palate: Fresh red fruits - cherries and raspberries - combine with sponge-cake mix and cinnamon and a sprinkling of black pepper. Quite a big-flavoured dram, but balanced.

    Finish: Sweet spice, red fruits, rich sponge cake.
