- Irish Single Malt Whiskey
- The Whisky Agency
An impressive example of long-aged Irish single malt whisky. Flowers and fresh fruits on the nose, lifted by a touch of spice, are followed by baked apple pie and tropical fruit flavours. A rich, satisfying dram with a long spicy finish. This limited-edition bottling has been created for The Whisky Exchange by independent German bottlers The Whisky Agency.

The Whisky Agency Irish 1990 Reviews
Tasting Notes by Stuart P
Nose: Floral and fruity, with notes of grapes, Bramley apples, mango and soft spice. Clean and zingy, with lime zest, black pepper and a touch of cinnamon adding an aromatic lift.
Palate: Good weight, with a nice rich mouthfeel – plenty of aniseed, pink peppercorn and spice, balanced by baked apples, sultanas and vanilla shortbread. A drop of water softens the spiciness and brings out more of that lovely tropical-fruit character.
Finish: The spice lingers longest, with cinnamon and black pepper leading the way.
