    I’m a massive massive fan of penderyn portwood and Bowmore 15 and I wanted something that combines the two and ticks both boxes. This does it. The age? I’d guess an 8-10 but quite frankly it needs that harshness to cut through the power of the port. This is great, take a punt, give it a go, stray from the norm, treat yourself.

    Nice mellow dram with just a hint of smoke; the ruby rose colour and the sweetness of the port finish makes this a very good whisky
