Delivery Charges

We only use reputable international firms for the shipping of all our orders. Delivery charges and estimated delivery times are explained below.

Please Note

  • you must place your order before the cut-off time shown for express delivery.
  • orders placed after the cut-off time will be dispatched on the following working day.
  • Saturday and Sunday delivery can be selected at any time up until cut-off time on the Friday before delivery.
  • For Click & Collect, you must bring your order reference number (SMS/email is fine) as well as proof of ID (payment card used for order/passport/photo driving licence). If you paid with Paypal, you must bring your passport or photo driving licence.

“Working Day” means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England. Delivery times are estimates. The delivery option and charge shown at checkout and confirmed in your Order Confirmation apply to that order. If you cancel an order under your statutory 14-day right to cancel, we will refund the cost of standard delivery you paid (if any), but not any additional cost for a premium delivery option you chose. Nothing on this page affects your statutory rights (including rights relating to late delivery, faulty goods, cancellation and refunds).

This offer:
  • is only valid for orders delivered in the UK
  • only applies to standard delivery
  • only applies to basket totals of £99 (inc VAT) or more
  • is not valid for next-day or weekend delivery
  • will automatically be applied at the checkout
  • will display as 'Promotion Discount' on the payment page and in your order confirmation email.

Where standard delivery is free (including via promotion), there is no standard delivery charge to refund on cancellation.
