The vineyards here have been passed down through the generations since 1891. The 'Jara' name comes from the gravel that covers the vineyards and provides heat to the vines overnight – as they do in Chateauneuf-du-Pape. This is a really aromatic prosecco with notes of lychee, peach and fresh apricot with clementine and citrus. Dawn Davies MW
