A medium-bodied rice wine that's a great introduction to sake, as well as a treat for connoisseurs. Made only in the mid-late winter months from the highest grade of Yamadanishiki rice, this has aromas of lilies, pear and honey. The flavours mirror the nose, adding only a subtle hint of anise before a dry citrus finish.
