Scapa 14 Year Old
Product Description

From a tiny distillery in Orkney, Scapa is often overlooked in favour of its more famous neighbour Highland Park. This 14yo was quite a shortlived bottling -it was introduced by then new owners Chivas Brothers to replace the old 12yo, but was subsequently superseded by the now-familiar 16 year old standard official bottling.

    Texas Scot,

I have two bottles of this special Scotch hidden in the back of my kitchen cabinet. One bottle will come out and be savored on my 60th birthday, and the other on my 70th birthday. Best I can tell, these are the last two bottles in Texas!

    Anonymous,

Picked up a bottle a Heathrow. Love it. Not too sweet but just a hint of honey. Smooth and soft on the tongue.

    Optional,

This is the first bottle of Scotch that I bought, and that was 10 yrs ago. I still have a quarter bottle left. I think I paid $40.00 CAD at the time. It was great then and its still great now.

  • Ian Wallace,

    A real favourite - subtle & sweet flavoured !

  • Alison Wheeler,

I keep two single malts in my flat. One ('phroig) I share with visitors, this I keep to myself or to share with very good friends. An absolute fan of this distillery I find I have to keep a spare bottle around, especially during the winter! Smooth depth, just the right colour, and the best 'wee dram' you'll taste this side of £100.
