Customer Rating
Monkey Shoulder is a mix of three different Single Malts - Glenfiddich, Balvenie and Kininvie - and is great with mixers or just on its own. Smooth, sweet and very easy to drink.

Just tried this for the first time today, I’m a younger guy but I’ve been into whiskey for a couple years now. Im amazed this has as good of reviews as it does. I think it’s terrible, very bland. Nothing special going on here at all. Give me Bulleit any day of the week over this

Very nice whisky for a beginner like me. Smoothie and not too complex.

A great whisky and an even better price. I've had this before and it never fails to impress, one of the best blended whiskies around

I love the amber/golden color. The nose is very gentle, not peated, with aromas of barley, honey, vanilla, orange zest and blossom; some slight nuttiness and almond. The palate is smooth, gentle and almost pronounced.

Bought this based on Ian Anderson's 2018 New Year greeting. A solid four stars, though it lacked depth sufficient to my preferences. I added one-half part Talisker to three parts Shoulder and it blew my mind... I was seeing stars, five, in fact.

Very good. I find it as a very beginner friendly whiskey. I have managed to get several friends who aren't whiskey fans to try it and they have all enjoyed it and bought bottles of their own.

Smooth and just the right taste... ?? Usually prefer the single malts, but this one just won me over

A good blended whiskey. It is sweet and full of flavour. However the after taste settles harsh which goes if you keep drinking the bottle!! For the price it’s a fair whiskey and something to drink after a few pints of IPA trust me

I have heard a lot about Monkey Shoulder and was given a bottle for Christmas. Now here I am on the 11th of January with an empty bottle feeling like an alcoholic. I drink all sorts of whiskeys, mainly malts, with the occasional Bulliett Old Fashioned, but Monkey Shoulder is going to be my go-to bottle now over Glenfiddich. This is fine since they are both from the same grounds. You can't beat the taste for the price. Don't buy 1 bottle. Just buy 2 just to be safe.
