    Smooth, fresh-tasting, great colour, and full of fruit flavours whilst retaining a herbal edge. For me there is no better vermouth for a Negroni. That said, I''d say Carpano has the edge as part of a Manhattan thanks to a trace more complexity and slightly less sweetness - but this is still absolutely a 5 star vermouth and great value for money.

    One of the best sweet vermouths. I use it in my Manhattan''s with Buffalo Trace - very smooth, sweet with a hint of spice. The vermouth itself is very sweet and fruity, only a hint of herbs in the aftertaste and no bitterness.
