The Spring 2020 release of Tio Pepe En Rama sherry has been characterised by an abnormally dry, mild winter that gave way to a cool and rainy spring, creating the perfect conditions for a healthy growth of flor. Head Winemaker Antonio Flores carefully selected 69 barrels for this release, creating a fruity, chalky character, with notes of sweet almonds, plums, raisins and oak spice.
