I thought the regular Signature 83 proof was delicious! But WOW the Cask strength is even better! They definitely know how to make Rye! All of their whiskys I have tasted have been extremely easy drinking. I highly recommend this! Made some Manhattans for the holidays and it is my new favorite drink! Don’t let the proof scare you. This whiskey goes down nice and smooth. Lovin’ this ‘Maryland Style Rye!’
Just beautiful. Someone figured out how to make a cask proof without ruining your taste buds.
I was caught off guard by this one. Recently saw a review of this one on YouTube so thought I would give a try. Big, bold, nice pepper notes, yet this elegant roundness to it. Very easy on the palate for a cask strength. Interesting dark chocolate notes as well. Very impressed.
