A Kilchoman single malt that has been matured exclusively in ex-fino sherry casks from Bodega Miguel Martin in Spain. Aromas of toasted nuts, earthy peat smoke, sea salt, honey and banana fill the nose, complemented by notes of dark chocolate, fresh citrus, earthy peat and salted butter throughout the palate.
