When Antonio Barbadillo Ambrossy passed away in 1921, a number of wiens appeared in his will that belonged to his granfather Benigno Barbadillo Hortiguela, who founded the winery in 1821. These wines continued to be passed down from grandfather to grandson until they reached the sixth generation of the family. This impressive oloroso sherry brings aromas of elegant oak and dried fruit, followed by notes of rich nuts, dried citrus and oak that fill the palate and linger in the finish.
