Domaine Cathiard, established in the 1930s, originally supplied wines to local négociants, as was customary at the time. Today, it is one of Burgundy’s most celebrated producers. The 2019 vintage, known for its structured tannins and bold fruit, comes from a single parcel in Champ Franc. This wine displays dark, brooding fruit complemented by a delicate, lifted floral character just beginning to emerge, a refined expression of Burgundy’s elegance and depth.
