Louis Roque stands among the great producers of plum brandy, working with three varieties: Ente, Mirabelle, and Reine-Claude. Each batch is double distilled in traditional bain-marie pot stills and then aged for 4–5 years in oak casks, allowing the spirit to develop remarkable depth and character.
The result is a beautifully refined eau-de-vie, offering aromas of ripe plum, sweet spice, delicate florals, and a touch of prune. Elegant, smooth, and endlessly inviting, this is the perfect after-dinner sipper, one taste, and you’ll be hooked.
