Well, it's not white vermouth and it's not red vermouth - so it must be amber vermouth! Traditionally only available from the producer, we are lucky to have it. Apparently, this is made in the same way as the standard offerings, with the addition of cinnamon and vanilla for extra richness and depth of flavour.

Bought this last week in Marseillan and it’s perfect. Even friends who like dry wine etc loved it. I am kicking myself for not having bought more!

first had Ambre in Marseillan where it is produced in my opinion its their best product gives you a lift straight away must be well chilled for best result.

Absolutely stunning - serve chilled with a twirl of orange peel to really bring out all the flavours - it is amazing to be able to buy it here, although I wouldn't complain at going back to Marseillan for more!

The real taste of the Med! It really is aged in crumbling casks in a vast sun drenched courtyard at Noilly's works in Marseillan. This is the first time I have been able to buy it without having to go to Marseillan to get it. They don't even sell it in shops in France.
