A fruity, aromatic Calvados from Christian Drouin that was initially matured in French oak, before being finished for eight months in ex-rum casks from closed distillery Caroni in Trinidad & Tobago. Aromas of roasted apple, dried apricot, leather, brown sugar and petroleum fill the nose, followed by notes of ripe apples, slightly crunchy pears, toasted oak, baked apples and hints of smoke throughout the palate.
