Very special and rare whisky. Smooth and tasty. Excellent choice and will buy again
Nose: Mature, mellow, very fruity and hay-like. Good mature notes, with spice and increasing orchard and especially tropical fruits. Has complexity and intriguing balance. Body: Soft to medium. Palate: An immediate stimulating hit of sweet coconut, balanced by drier spices; cinnamon and nutmeg. Quite lively when neat, with soft flavours of caramel and nutty chocolate. Finish: Sweet and pleasant yet dries fairly quickly. You've got to have a taste for sweet drinks. 80/100
Visited the distillery on holiday with a friend. Brought my dad back a bottle and it's his new favorite.
Bought this in Palma for my father as a Christmas present. After reading these coments might keep it for myself and get him a different bottle
Perfect Whisky! This one is the core-whisky's used in Johnny Walker blends.And from what i heard from the ladies at the distillery, only available in Spain and Portugal.Ver very special. Normally i go for the heavy peated ones.(Islay)
