Bottled by Velier in collaboration with National Rums of Jamaica Ltd, this small batch release was distilled at the Long Pond distillery in Trelawny. Made with a recipe revived from the closed Jamaican Cambridge distillery, this expression is low in funky esters which are commonly associated with the island’s rums. Matured for 12 years in a tropical climate, this 2010 vintage offers notes of salted caramel, flambeed bananas, juicy pineapple, crème brulee and walnuts throughout the palate.
