Nose
A lovely sherried nose with notes of figs, orange marmalade, hints of leather and a touch of smoke.
Palate
Medium to full bodied. Rich sherry fruit cake, milk chocolate, creamy toffee, light oak, a hint of white pepper creating a lovely spicy tang.
Finish
Softly spicy, tingling with a nutty note, a hint of salt, lingering then gently fades.

Wow. Light on the peat, bursting with spice and figs. So well rounded. Delicious. Few better.

oh my god !, well put it this way just ordered another one. This is just fantastic, superb.
Superb scotch. This is my ''go to'' whiskey and I find it responds best to equal parts water at body temperature. It melts in the mouth, releasing all its flavour. Keep it away from ice, as it is far too full bodied to be served cold.
