The complete set of single malts bottled to evoke the flavours of autumn in our limited series, The Seasons. The lineup consists of a vibrant young Caol Ila with notes of almond tart, bonfire ashes and baked white fruit – a rich, luxurious Dailuaine that reminded us of autumn leaves and apple turnovers dusted with cinnamon – and finally a big, smoky Ledaig with a distinctive note of pumpkin pie. Each of these bottlings is limited to the outturn of a single cask and is offered without any added colouring or chill filtration to preserve a clear sense of the distillery character.
