Product Description

East London Liquor Co created this limited single malt from 100% Maris Otter malted barley grown in Norfolk. The spirit fermented for over five days before being double distilled in pot stills. The whisky aged for three and a half years across ex-bourbon casks, STR casks and new American oak before moving into a Radikon Merlot barrel. The character combines redcurrant jelly and wine cellar depth with chestnuts, furniture polish and dry cider.
