Product Description

A classification-defying dram from The Heart Cut that offers a palate of chamomile tea, stewed fruits, caramel and toasted brioche. This experimental spirit from California’s St George distillery began life as a hoppy sage-infused IPA, which was then distilled and laid to rest in a fourth fill bourbon barrel. The barrel in question has also previously been used to mature tequila and ale, so the complexity of flavour the spirit gained during its seven years ageing is huge. Another great bottling from The Heart Cut.
