If you enjoy zacapa, diplomatico or don papa.... THIS RUM IS NOT FOR YOU, MOVE ALONG! If you are partial to a captain morgans spiced, kraken or bumbu, ha ha god bless you, LOOK ELSEWHERE, YOU WILL NOT APPRECIATE OR ENJOY THIS RUM! In fact, if you think rum is all about pirates, jolly Rodgers and you belong to a Facebook group that promotes that kind of uneducated nonsense, fair play to you, each to their own, enjoy your poison responsibly...... JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS RUM, IT REALLY IS NOT FOR YOU!! If however, you enjoy super funky, high abv, high ester Jamaican rum. If you know what a "mark" is. If pot still rum is your thing. If you speak the name "luca" in hushed tones between you and your rum mates and revere him like a deity. If you think spending sixty odd quid is a bargain for something as good as this and wouldn't think twice about ordering six more bottles, then you're probably me, Brian Munich, but you're not! Your name might be Terry or Helen, i don't know, but what i do know is this, taste is a very personal and subjective thing. With that in mind, Terrance, if you are looking for something as smooth as Des Lyneham, look elsewhere. As for you Helen, if you're the sort of rummy that buys a bottle of plantation xo because the bottle looks "fab" and it would probably make a good lamp..... Need i go on!!!? Look, this is proper rum, a proper blend of three marks from three of jamaicas most revered distilleries, blended by possibly one of the best and most famous names in the independent bottler world. This rum belongs on the shelves and in the glasses of those who are "in the know" Everyone else like Terry and Helen, hey, stick to what YOU know. JUST DONT BUY THIS RUM, it's really not for "nuggets" like you!
