Founded in 1992 on Réunion Island, Savanna is renowned for its diverse and innovative rum production. The distillery crafts three distinct styles: traditional molasses-based rum, agricole rum made from fresh sugar cane juice, and a high-ester style known as Grand Arôme.
This expression is a unique blend of extra-old molasses-based rums and Grand Arôme rums, all distilled on Savanna’s historic Savalle column still. Aged in ex-Cognac casks, it delivers a rich and complex flavor profile.
Expect bold tropical notes of strawberry, pineapple, raisins, and butterscotch, making it a standout for rum enthusiasts seeking depth and character.
