It matures in a mix of first-fill and refill bourbon casks, with select oloroso sherry casks to add depth and complexity. It reveals notes of dried fruits, rich toffee, caramelised nuts, and a touch of dark chocolate, layered with gentle spice and a whisper of coastal brine that reflects its island provenance.
