Located in the Grand Cru village of Verzy in the Montagne de Reims, Domaine Mouzon-Leroux is run by Sébastien Mouzon, a passionate vigneron committed to sustainable farming. The estate is certified biodynamic and also incorporates agroforestry practices to promote biodiversity and soil health.

Sébastien bottles his Champagnes at 5 bars of pressure, rather than the traditional 6, to enhance the wine’s vinous, textural character.

This rosé Champagne is made using the saignée method, resulting in a vibrant, fruit-driven style. On the nose and palate, it offers notes of raspberry leaf, red berries, and a subtle hint of potpourri. It’s a complex, expressive wine with plenty of personality—an excellent pairing with roast chicken or tomato-based pasta dishes.
